國立金門大學圖書館性騷擾及霸凌防治守則

 

100年11月4日100學年度第2學期第1次圖書諮詢委員會議通過

壹、性騷擾防治守則

本館所有工作人員(含館員及工讀生)及讀者進入本館應遵守下列規定:

一、不得對她/他人作具有性意味、性暗示或其他與性別有關之言語或動作。

二、不得對她/他人之身材、外表及穿著作不受歡迎之評論。

三、與她/他人互動時應保持適當距離,避免造成不舒服的感覺;非必要時,

    不任意碰觸她/他人身體。

四、不以行使職務之便,對同仁、同學或讀者提出滿足個人利益、與性或性別

    有關之威脅利誘。

五、尊重她/他人身體自主、人格尊重及性傾向。

六、任何人若遭遇與性或性別有關且不受歡迎之言行時,請明確告知行為人或

    盡快告知本館工作人員或主管。

 

貳、霸凌防治守則

本館所有工作人員(含館員及工讀生)及讀者進入本館應遵守下列規定:

一、不針對特定個人及團體,從事有損人格尊嚴、人身安全之冒犯性言行。

二、本館工作人員彼此相互間不得有故意排擠、嘲諷或威脅之言行。

三、不以有損人格尊嚴之言行糾正、指責同仁或工讀生的工作疏失;應以教導

    或建議方式協助同仁。

四、不利用職權或資歷,強迫或威脅她/他人協助處理個人私務。

五、本館工作人員之人際互動,應尊重她/他人的不同意見,有不同想法應適當

    溝通交流,不應強迫她/他人接受。

 

Guidelines for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Bullying at National Quemoy University Library

 

Passed at the 1st meeting of the Library Consultation Committee in the 2nd semester of the 100th academic year on November 4, 2011

 

I. Guidelines for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment

 

All staff members (including librarians and student workers) and readers entering the library shall adhere to the following regulations:

 

1. No individual shall use words or engage in actions with sexual connotations, implications, or any other gender-related remarks towards others.

2. No individual shall make unwelcome comments on the physique, appearance, or attire of others.

3. Maintain an appropriate distance when interacting with others to avoid causing discomfort and refrain from unnecessary physical contact with others.

4. No individual shall exploit their position to make threats or enticements of a personal nature related to sex or gender towards colleagues, fellow students, or readers.

5. Respect others' bodily autonomy, personal dignity, and sexual orientation.

6. If any individual experiences unwelcome words or actions related to sex or gender, they shall promptly and clearly inform the responsible individual or report the incident to library staff or supervisors.


 

II. Guidelines for the Prevention of Bullying

 

All staff members (including librarians and student workers) and readers entering the library shall adhere to the following regulations:

 

1. No individual shall engage in offensive words or actions that undermine the dignity and personal safety of specific individuals or groups.

2. Library staff shall refrain from intentional exclusion, ridicule, or threatening behavior towards one another.

3. Avoid criticizing or blaming the work mistakes of colleagues or student workers in a manner that damages their personal dignity. Instead, assistance should be provided through teaching or offering suggestions.

4. No individual shall misuse their authority or qualifications to coerce or threaten others to assist in personal matters.

5. Interpersonal interactions among library staff shall respect differing opinions. Open and appropriate communication should be encouraged, and no one shall be forced to accept opposing views.
