「降漢不降曹」是《三國演義》中關羽在下邳兵敗、被圍土山時，對前來勸降的張遼所提出的核心條件。其核心含意在於關羽強調自己只投降漢朝皇帝（漢獻帝），而不是投降身為丞相的曹操，以此維護自己對劉備與漢室的忠貞。
“Surrender to the Han, but Not to Cao Cao” is an episode from the Romance of the Three Kingdoms. After Guan Yu is defeated at Xiapi and surrounded at Tushan, he sets this as a key condition when Zhang Liao comes to persuade him to surrender. Guan Yu makes it clear that he is surrendering only to the Han emperor, Emperor Xian, not to Cao Cao, who serves as Chancellor. In doing so, he seeks to preserve his loyalty to Liu Bei and to the Han dynasty.
